§ 14-3. Penalty for violation of chapter.

Latest version.

The violation of any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be punished as a civil infraction by a fine not exceeding $500.00, in the discretion of the court. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
