§ 18-43. Employee identification cards.

  • Every person owning or operating a parking lot or garage shall file with the city police department the name and address of each employee employed at such parking lot or garage and shall obtain from the police department a card showing the name and address of each such employee and the name and address of the operator of such parking lot or garage at which he is employed. Such card shall be carried by the employee at all times that he is on the premises and shall be exhibited at any time on demand. The annual fee for the issuance of each parking lot employee's identification card is on file in the city clerk's office.
