§ 18-123. Application for license and site plan review.

Applications for licenses and site plan review required by this article shall be made upon forms of development review, provided by the zoning department and shall be signed and verified under oath by the applicant. A site plan, as provided in section 18-124 below, shall be submitted with the application along with any additional information as the zoning and local business tax receipt departments may deem necessary for the issuance of said licenses.
