All representatives of the citizen emergency response team are volunteers and as such
shall aid their fellow residents or business owners of the municipality. Members of
the citizens emergency response team shall, whenever possible, include an architect,
engineer, general contractor, subcontractor, business person licensed by the city
to work within the municipality, electrician, plumber, air conditioning technician,
mechanic, lawyer, nurse, doctor or any other technical or professional trades that
may be authorized by the mayor or city council members.
