§ 2-91. Duties of city clerk.

  • The city clerk, or designated deputy clerk, shall act as clerk of the city council. The city clerk shall duplicate the minutes and all resolutions and ordinances, and for a reasonable charge shall furnish copies to persons desiring them. The city clerk shall make available to the members of the city council a copy of the agenda 24 hours before the meeting.
