§ 2-91. Duties of city clerk.
Latest version.
The city clerk, or designated deputy clerk, shall act as clerk of the city council. The city clerk shall duplicate the minutes and all resolutions and ordinances, and for a reasonable charge shall furnish copies to persons desiring them. The city clerk shall make available to the members of the city council a copy of the agenda 24 hours before the meeting.
