§ 30-34. Penalty for noncompliance.

In addition to any other enforcement provision contained in this article, any person who fails to properly clear and remedy a nuisance after the notification referred to in section 30-33 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250.00 for each day the nuisance exists. Each day that such nuisance exists shall be considered a separate violation of this article.
