§ 38-1. Swimming in Samari Lake.

  • (a)

    The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Swimming means the entering of a body of water for the purpose of covering the body or parts of the body with water.

    (b)

    Swimming in the lake commonly known as Samari Lake is hereby prohibited.
