§ 40-2. Participant.

The term "Participant" shall mean any pensioner or beneficiary receiving or entitled to receive benefits, any person with vested benefits, and any Employee who accrues or retains credited service, in accordance with the provisions of the Plan established pursuant to this Declaration of Trust.
