The Trust Fund is created, established and maintained, and the Trustees agree to receive,
hold and administer the Plan, for the purpose of providing such benefits as now are,
or hereafter may be authorized or permitted by law for Participants and their beneficiaries
and in accordance with the provisions set forth herein and in the Pension Plan.
