§ 40-213. Early Retirement Benefit.

The early retirement benefit shall be the benefit level provided in Division 3, Subdivision V (Benefit Level) actuarially reduced to take into account the police officer's younger age and the earlier commencement of retirement income payments provided that said reduction shall not exceed three (3) percent for each year by which the Participant is younger than the normal retirement age for said Participant on the effective date of his early retirement.
