§ 40-217. Share Plan.

Pursuant to the requirements of F.S. § 185.35(6), a defined contribution plan component ("Share Plan") is established in addition to the defined benefit component of this local law plan. The Board of Trustees shall have the authority to adopt rules regarding the operation of the Share Plan.
