§ 40-231. Forms of Benefit Payments.

Latest version.

A Participant who has a right to receive a pension benefit as provided in section 40-211 (Right to Pension Benefits) shall automatically be paid the standard form of benefit payment unless a timely election is made to receive an optional form of benefit payment.
