This Pension Plan is maintained for the exclusive purpose of providing benefits to
Participants and beneficiaries, and is intended to satisfy all the requirements of
Florida Statutes and the Internal Revenue Code. Except as specifically provided in
this Pension Plan, no part of the funds shall revert to the City. In the event any
requirements of such laws have been omitted, they shall be deemed to be incorporated
herein by reference.
