§ 42-16. Termination of water and sewer service.

The water and sewer department is authorized to terminate the water and sewer service to any garbage and waste (solid waste) and/or recycling customer who is delinquent in payment of solid waste and/or recycling charges, in accordance with the procedure as set forth below.
