§ 46-40. Posting of license.

(a)

Every license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the place of business for which it is issued. The holder of any license shall exhibit it to the City of Hialeah Gardens Code Compliance Officer, county inspector, state inspector or any law enforcement officer upon being requested to do so by any of them.

(b)

Failure to comply with the posting of the license shall be punishable with a payment of a fine of $50.00 and shall not excuse any further failure to comply with the provisions of this section or any amendment thereto.
