§ 46-42. Termination on notice of bankruptcy.

When any person engaged in mercantile or other business in the City of Hialeah Gardens shall make an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or when that person is adjudicated a voluntary or an involuntary bankruptcy or declared insolvent, any license theretofore issued authorizing the person to do business in the city, shall immediately be terminated and, upon the assignment for the benefit of creditors or upon the adjudication in bankruptcy, immediately become null and void.
