§ 46-54. Bills or notice declared unnecessary.

(a)

All license renewals are due on October first of each year. Therefore, it is hereby declared to be unnecessary for the city to send out bills or notices to persons engaged in business in the City of Hialeah Gardens.

(b)

It is unnecessary for the City of Hialeah Gardens Local Business Tax Department to call in advance for appointment to new or existing business in the city with respect to any inspection.
