§ 46-57. Construction of article.

Neither the fact of the adoption of this article nor the fact of its superseding or repealing any portion of any other ordinance of the City of Hialeah Gardens, shall in anyway be construed to affect or waive prosecution for violation of any other ordinances which may have been consummated prior to the effective date hereof, nor shall they be construed as a waiver of any license or of any penal provision applicable to any such violation; nor shall they be construed to affect the validity of any portion of the cash deposit required by any ordinance to be posted, filed or deposited and all rights and obligations hereto appertaining shall continue in full force and effect.
