§ 46-113. Qualified bidders list.

Bidders may prequalify with the city by completing the form which is on file in the city clerk's office and made a part of this article by reference. Bidders who are not prequalified may be rejected if staff or the council, in its discretion, determine that such bidder is not qualified to perform the work.
