§ 46-152. Public safety impact fee trust fund.

The city may receive and deposit, from time to time, additional moneys and funds from other sources, including grants and donations. The public safety impact fee trust fund shall be administered by the chief of police, subject to the approval of the mayor and city council. Such funds shall be subject to audit requirements, as provided by law.
