§ 50-34. Permitted parking.

(a)

This article shall not apply with regard to any commercial vehicle which is lawfully on the off-street parking area of a property owner when the parking of such commercial vehicle is necessary to the operation of the property owner's business, including employee parking, customer parking and parking for deliveries and services necessary to the operation of such business.

(b)

All property owners and/or persons having or conducting business in the geographical boundaries of the city shall provide an off-street parking area for their customers and for any deliveries which might be required by such business and shall not use or permit to be used any public property for such purposes.
