§ 54-101. Authority and general provisions.

The city is authorized by the Florida Constitution and the provisions of F.S. ch. 166 and § 403.0893, reconstruct, repair, improve and extend stormwater management systems and to establish just and equitable rates, fees and charges for the services and facilities provided by the system. This article shall hereinafter be known and may be cited as the Stormwater Utility Management Program (SUMP) Ordinance of the city.
