§ 58-32. Construction permit application.

Applications for a permit for new construction, inclusive of, but not necessarily limited to, roads, buildings, and site work, as well as alterations or repairs of valuation exceeding 50 percent of the appraised value of existing construction, shall be accompanied by a current survey prepared within 90 days of the date of application for such permit.
