§ 58-66. Bringing prefabricated structures into the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bring into the territory of the city, without prior consent or approval of the city council, homes, residences, business buildings, and all other structures which have been previously fabricated outside of the territorial limits of the city, in which may reside persons or animals or in which materials may be bought, stored, or deposited, except as those allowed by the provisions of this article.
