§ 58-96. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Property means any real property located in the city, whether vacant or occupied, which includes therein lakes, canals, drainage pits, rock pits, and other water-filled areas.
