§ 62-1. Adoption; amendments.

(a)

The Comprehensive Plan, 1989—2000, is hereby adopted as the official comprehensive plan for 1989—2000 of the city.

(b)

All development undertaken by and all actions taken with regard to land covered by the comprehensive plan shall be consistent with the plan. All land development regulations which are enacted or amended shall be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, 1989—2000.

(c)

Any future land development regulation, land development code, or amendment thereto shall be referred to the city council for review and action thereon.

(d)

The Comprehensive Plan, 1989—2000, adopted by this section may be amended in accordance with the provisions of the state law and rules, as provided in this section, or as amended in the future.
