§ 2-76. City attorney as parliamentarian.

The city attorney, or his designee in his absence, shall act as parliamentarian, and shall advise and assist the presiding officer in matters of parliamentary law. The city attorney, or a member of his office as he may designate, shall be available to the city council at all meetings.
