§ 2-306. Personnel operations and procedures.

  • All employees of the city are required to fulfill their respective duties and to abide by rules or procedure as set forth in departmental operational and procedural manuals. Modifications or amendments as to state or federal law which are applicable to operational or procedural matters within the city shall be automatically adopted. Periodic revisions to the aforesaid manuals shall be made and each employee shall be made aware, in writing, of changes relative thereto, however the failure to amend or modify such rules shall not preclude the city from enforcing any law applicable to the situation. The personnel review board may consider matters contained in these rules and regulations and procedural and operational manuals in its decision making process.
