§ 30-3. Penalty for violation of chapter.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise provided, any person or entity violating any of the provisions of this chapter may be punished by a fine as provided in F.S. ch. 162. Each day the violation continues may be considered a separate and distinct violation and may be punishable as such.
