§ 42-15. Security deposit.

All commercial establishments that are users of solid waste (garbage and waste) and/or recycling services of the city shall be required by the city to post a security deposit with the city to secure payment for such services. The amount of the security deposit and the time and method by which it shall be paid shall be set by resolution.
