§ 42-6. Garden rubbish.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place garden trash and rubbish on public or private property, except in the rear of the property and adjoining existing alleys, or if no alleys exist, then at some place on the property previously designated by the director of the sanitation department as being a place from which trash will be collected.
