§ 46-107. Applicability.

This article shall be applicable to all purchases by the city for goods and materials or services excluding, however, the following:

(1)

Professional services.

(2)

Goods, materials, or services obtained from or through the federal government, the state, the county, or other municipalities.

(3)

Goods, materials, and services, excluding contracts for construction, which do not exceed $2,000.00.

(4)

Contracts for any type of construction the sum of which does not exceed $4,000.00.
