§ 50-32. Prohibited parking on public property.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful to park a commercial vehicle on any public property located within the geographical boundaries of the city, or to otherwise obstruct any public street, parkway, highway, road, right-of-way or other similar public property unless otherwise permitted by this article.

    (b)

    No overnight or weekend parking of commercial vehicles shall be permitted on public property during the times set forth in the definitions of weekend and overnight parking in section 50-31. Any owner and/or operator of any commercial vehicle so parked will be subject to the enforcement provisions of this article.
