§ 56-23. Additional requirements.

All towing companies utilized by the City of Hialeah Gardens shall have a minimum of $1,000,000.00 liability insurance coverage and $50,000.00 property damage insurance coverage.

All towing companies utilized by the City of Hialeah Gardens shall be located within the city, or within three miles of the city limits.

All towing companies utilized by the city shall have inside storage capacity of a minimum of three cars and outside storage capacity of a minimum of 75 cars.

All towing companies utilized by the city shall be established for a minimum of five years.

All towing companies utilized by the city shall comply fully with state and county law and be licensed by the city, and subject to the provisions of Code sections 56-21 et seq. of the Code of the City of Hialeah Gardens and all provisions of chapter 56 of the Code of the City of Hialeah Gardens not in conflict herewith are incorporated herein by reference.
