§ 56-24. Contracts with towing companies.

The City of Hialeah Gardens may, by resolution, enter into contracts with one or more towing companies to provide towing services for the city. Such towing companies shall meet the qualifications provided herein and may limit the number of towing companies the city contracts with in order to provide a consistent and uniform service as it relates to city ordered towing. Excepting emergency situations, no other towing company shall be utilized by the City of Hialeah Gardens other than those contracted with to perform the services for the city. Such contracts shall be for such term and under such provisions as are in the best interest of the city.
