§ 26-1. Comprehensive emergency management plan.

  • The City of Hialeah Gardens' comprehensive emergency management plan attached hereto and made a part hereof shall be adopted, complied with and implemented by the following city departments:

    (1)

    Police department;

    (2)

    Administration;

    (3)

    Code compliance department;

    (4)

    Public works and maintenance department;

    (5)

    Parks and recreation department; and

    (6)

    Water and sewer department.

Ord. No. 98-33, § 1, adopted Jan. 1, 1998, adopted provisions implementing the city's comprehensive emergency management plan. Said ordinance did not specify manner of codification; hence, inclusion herein as § 26-1 was at the discretion of the editor. The city's comprehensive emergency management plan is not set out at length herein, but is available for inspection in the office of the city clerk.
